Sleep-Time.

Do you have trouble getting your kids to sleep?? If so, try this. If they get up when you put them down, just keep putting them back. And after 5 times of getting up, give them a cup/bottle of warm milk and try again. If this doesn't work, then try to stay strong and try to put them back and eventually they will fall asleep. If they dont, then just simply sit next to their bed until they fall asleep. I have tryed it and it works.
